Royal Maids Service is prompt and reasonably priced. The ladies do an excellent job. It’s very helpful that the ladies let you know if there is something that needs to be fixed and if it’s urgent or not. Especially since we don’t live there full time!

April and Kevin Carr are the proud owners of the Mid-Pinellas Royal Maid Service office, as well as the South Tampa and St. Petersburg franchise locations. Both born and raised in Pinellas County, April and Kevin are native Floridians with deep roots in the community.
Today, they live in the Largo area with their two children, continuing to serve their neighbors with the same dedication and care that has defined Royal Maid Service for decades.

What type of cleaning do you offer?
We offer standard cleaning, deep clean, move in / move out, vacation rentals and seasonal cleaning services.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No, we provide professional maids that are bonded and insured.
How long will the cleaning take?
This will vary based on the size, condition and type of cleaning service. Most homes take anywhere from 1 to 3 hrs. on average.
Can I ask to have specific areas or tasks to be prioritized?
Yes, we can customize your service to meet the specific needs of your home.
What is your pricing structure?
One time, occasional, or move in/out services are charged at an hourly rate. For clients that setup a regular cleaning schedule, we offer set pricing based on their home and frequency.
Do you offer discounts for recurring services or referrals?
Yes
Is tipping expected or included?
Tips are not expected or included and is up to the customers discretion.
Can I book online and choose specific days or times?
We do not currently offer online booking. Call us at (727) 585-6243 to get a price and schedule a cleaning.
Are your cleaners backgound-checked and bonded?
Yes, we are insured and bonded. All staff is background-checked and on W-2
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, we provide everything needed to perform the service. However, if the customer has a specific product they would like us to use, they are welcome to provide it.
Are your products Pet and Child safe?
Yes
What happens if something is damaged during cleaning my home?
If the client is home, the staff should immediately notify the customer. If they are not home, the staff will notify the office and we will communicate with the client to resolve the issue.
Are Pets ok during cleaning?
Yes, pets are ok as long as they are safe.
How will cleaners access my home if I'm not there?
This is up to the discretion of the client. Most clients either leave a key somewhere onsite, have a garage or door code, or they leave a key on file with our office.
Do I need to sign a contract?
There are no contracts required.
What is your rescheduling or cancellation policy?
We request 48 hrs. notice when possible to cancel an appointment. We understand if someone is sick that may not always be possible. This allows us time to fill the space that we hold on our cleaning schedule.
Can I try a few cleanings before committing to a long-term schedule?
There is no long term commitment so you can book one service or you can book a recurring cleaning schedule without any commitment.
