Before our cleaning team arrives, a little prep goes a long way in making your cleaning service as efficient and thorough as possible.

1. Start by clearing off countertops, tables, and desks so our cleaners can focus on sanitizing rather than organizing. Toss laundry into hampers, tuck away shoes, and tidy up toys or pet items to keep surfaces and floors accessible.
2. To protect your peace of mind, please secure any valuables or sensitive items. Cleaners won’t know what’s irreplaceable, so it’s best to store away fragile keepsakes, private documents, jewelry, or electronics you’d prefer not to be handled.
3. If there are specific areas you’d like us to focus on—like deep-cleaning the shower grout or skipping the guest room—feel free to leave a note or speak with your team directly. For recurring services, a rotating priority list can help us tailor each visit to your needs.
4. Make sure we can access your condo easily by unlocking doors, disabling alarms, and securing pets in a safe space. If you won’t be home, please leave clear instructions for entry and exit so we can get started without delay.
5. To help us clean floors thoroughly, pick up any cords, toys, or laundry that might block vacuuming or mopping. If you’d like rugs or mats cleaned underneath, rolling them up or letting us know in advance is helpful.
6. We recommend emptying sinks and dishwashers before your appointment. Most cleaners won’t do dishes unless requested, and a clear sink allows us to sanitize the area properly.
